“Being part of the Solution – and, not the Problem”

Venture and Other Capital References

If you feel compelled to hire/ retain someone outside of your immediate organization to raise money for your business, ask that person or group for recent references that are relevant to your capital formation requirements.

This will help with the solution and reduce the problem.

Fund the Vision

As all of you that follow both this Blog and my exploits know – I have raised a lot of money for countless companies.

Its important to fund milestones and keep investors in-sync with the opportunities and objectives.

But, one of the most crucial elements to capital formation (raising money) is funding the entire vision.

I say this because many companies and entrepreneurs looking for money will take less than they actually need. This represents grave risk for the enterprise and investor alike.

A good strategic business plan drafted by a good steward carefully outlines key objectives for the emerging companies success – and, details the capital required to realize the goals and objectives.

Fund the milestones and capitalize on the vision.

Corporate Life

Currently, (57%) of corporate America is 35 years of age and under.

Of that 57%, another 57% are emerging female managers/ leaders.

In the next 12 years, tomorrow’s “power brokers” will be 43 year old women.
