So… In a focus group the question came up as to why Monster.com does not offer feedback on candidates hired by companies through the online service. This seems practical, useful and in keeping with other networking-oriented online services.
But, Monster will never provide this capability to companies unenlightened enough to use their services because the average shelf-life of a person hired through Monster is only 9 months.
