In the business world, we’re schizophrenic about leadership.
We instinctively prize innate leadership. And, although companies are clearly in the leader-creation business, how far does the tolerance for believing that you can grow your skills grow?
For example, my driving theory is that how you think about your skills – as fixed or growing – affects your success no matter whether it’s in sports or business.
