It’s no secret that we recruit a lot of sales leaders and sales teams.
We are pretty good at it.

Of course it’s important to scrutinize a candidate’s W2′s and verify references. I think the best salesmen are like the best athletes. Nimble, quick on their feet, and have winning attitudes. But, in our experience, two terrific indicators that you have the best sales candidate are…
1. The best Salesmen have a natural swagger – but, manage to be likable; and,
2. Like the best athletes, they want the ball – and, they ask for it.
